Occupational Therapy trains you to help people regain independence in daily life after illness, injury, or disability. You will study human anatomy, physiology, psychology, therapeutic techniques, adaptive equipment, and community rehabilitation. Practical subjects include patient assessment, activity analysis, splinting and assistive device use, and clinical placement work. Graduates can work as occupational therapists, rehabilitation assistants, community health officers in rehabilitation services, assistive technology specialists, or join hospitals, schools, NGOs and private clinics.
